Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent paperwork
  • Have advanced solid cancer that is spread or cannot be removed, and is resistant to standard treatment (or no standard exists)
  • Have measurable tumors that can be followed on scans (RECIST)
  • Be well enough for treatment, with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
  • Have blood counts and organ function in an acceptable range
  • For the study’s specific groups, your cancer must match the listed types and prior treatment limits
