Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD)

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of ADPKD (a type of inherited kidney disease).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min (moderate or better kidney function).
  • You are not currently taking tolvaptan or metformin for your kidney disease.
  • You have not had gene therapy, cell therapy, or RNA therapy for any kidney condition.
  • You are willing to avoid alcohol and tobacco products during the study and to follow contraception rules if applicable.
