Who can take part

  • You have a type of kidney disease called ADPKD (autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease), with a specific pattern of cyst growth (Mayo class 1B to 1E).
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is between 45 and 90 mL/min, meaning your kidneys still work pretty well.
  • You weigh at least 45 kg (about 100 pounds) and your body mass index is between 18 and 35.
  • If you are female, you must not be able to become pregnant (for example, after menopause or surgery).
  • You do not have certain heart problems, such as long QT syndrome or uncontrolled heart rhythm issues.
  • You have not had any kidney cyst draining procedures in the last 12 weeks, and none are planned.
