  • You are between 55 and 74 years old.
  • You have had a BCG vaccine (TB vaccine) or have a BCG scar.
  • You are generally healthy or have well-managed chronic conditions (like high blood pressure or diabetes).
  • You are willing to use contraception if you are of childbearing age or have a partner who is.
  • You haven't had TB, latent TB treatment, or a TB vaccine before.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have serious health issues like active infections, cancer, or heart disease.
