Who can take part
- You have breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer
- You are about to start or have recently started chemotherapy, radiation, or hormone therapy
- You can walk indoors on your own (with or without a walking aid)
- You do not have dementia, severe psychiatric illness, or severe vision/communication problems
- You have not had treatment for another cancer in the last 12 months or are still recovering from it
