Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older
  • Have prostate cancer that is localized or without symptoms from spread (asymptomatic metastatic)
  • Not currently doing radiation or chemotherapy
  • Usually get less than 150 minutes per week of moderate or vigorous exercise and sit more than 8 hours per day
  • Live in Canada and can speak English well enough to take part
