Who can take part
- You are between 12 and 18 years old
- You were diagnosed with congenital heart disease before age 2
- Your heart disease is classified as NYHA class I, II, or III (mild to moderate symptoms)
- You and your parent/guardian can speak Mandarin
- You do not have any cognitive impairments
- You have not had a heart transplant in the past year
- You have not had a heart catheterization or open-heart surgery in the past 6 months
