Who can take part
- You are between 8 and 25 years old and have a congenital heart condition.
- Your heart doctor has told you that home-based cardiac rehab would be good for you.
- You have a low exercise capacity based on a recent treadmill or bike test.
- You are not in heart failure, do not have severe heart rhythm problems, and do not need oxygen or have other high-risk heart issues.
- You are not pregnant and no other major surgery or treatment is planned in the next 3 months.
- You haven't done a cardiac rehab program in the last year.
