This study is building a research registry to learn more about how Parkinson's disease affects Black and African American communities. If you have Parkinson's or are a healthy volunteer, you can join by giving a saliva sample for genetic research.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, OR you are 50 or older and do not have Parkinson's.
- You identify as Black or African American.
- You are willing to provide a saliva sample (and not eat, drink, or smoke for 30 minutes before giving it).
- If you don't have Parkinson's, you must not have a blood relative with Parkinson's or other brain conditions.
