Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or a related brain condition like progressive supranuclear palsy.
- For Parkinson's: you must be on a stable medication for the last 4 weeks.
- You must not have any active infections, cancer, or inflammatory diseases in your mouth.
- You must be able to give your own written consent to participate.
- For Parkinson's: you must not have dementia (score of 15 or higher on the MoCA test).
