Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 16 years old.
  • You play soccer regularly.
  • You haven't had any surgery or injury to your lower back, hip, knee, or ankle in the last 6 months.
  • You don't have any current pain in your hip, knee, or ankle joints.
  • You don't have joint hypermobility (very loose joints) or any nerve or connective tissue disorders.
  • You can attend all the study assessments.
