Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You are healthy and active, exercising at least 150 minutes per week, including regular resistance training with leg workouts.
  • You are willing to avoid bananas, NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), and certain supplements (like creatine) during the study.
  • You consume less than 300 mg of caffeine daily (about 3 cups of coffee) and will keep your caffeine intake the same.
  • You have no lower body injuries that would limit your ability to exercise.
  • You are willing to use the MyFitnessPal app to log your food and drinks during the study.
