  • You are a man between 20 and 55 years old.
  • You are physically active, exercising moderately or vigorously at least 2 times a week.
  • Your fitness level (estimated VO2 max) is better than 40% of people your age.
  • You speak and read English.
  • You must not take other supplements like protein, creatine, or amino acids during the study.
  • You must not have certain health conditions (like heart disease, high blood pressure, or a recent injury).
