Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your cancer must be confirmed by a biopsy (tissue sample).
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
  • You must not have type 1 diabetes or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes.
