Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or have spread, and standard treatments either didn't work, caused bad side effects, or aren't available.
  • You need to be able to take oral medication and not have gut problems that change how the drug is absorbed.
  • You should be fairly active (able to do light work or better).
  • You can't have had a specific type of drug (ENPP1 inhibitor) before, or certain other treatments too recently.
