  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had major chest surgery (pneumonectomy or lobectomy) within the past 48 hours and used one-lung ventilation during surgery
  • You are currently in a regular hospital unit (not intensive care)
  • You can wear and operate a smartwatch to record a single-lead ECG
  • You do not have a history of atrial fibrillation or a permanent pacemaker
