Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your doctor has asked you to wear a small device (actimetry) for 14 days to check your sleep patterns—either for chronic insomnia, a circadian rhythm disorder, or before a sleep test for narcolepsy or hypersomnia.
- French is your first language, and you can read and write French well enough to fill out a questionnaire on your own.
- You do not currently have a serious mental health condition (like major depression, anxiety, or psychosis) or a neurological disorder (like dementia, stroke, or epilepsy) that affects sleep.
- You are not pregnant or breast-feeding.
- You are not under guardianship or conservatorship.
