Who can take part

  • You are a child or teenager with obesity (BMI z-score between 2 and 3.5).
  • You are either before your growth spurt (pre-APHV) or after it (post-APHV).
  • You do not have a condition that prevents exercise, like a heart problem or a muscle/bone injury.
  • You have not been in a supervised exercise program in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a cognitive disability that would make it hard to follow instructions.
