Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and your daily activities are not limited by the cancer (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have already had one type of treatment for your advanced gallbladder cancer or cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer).
  • Your tumor has a specific gene change called FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement (found through a biopsy).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI and has not been treated with radiation.
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart are working well enough (confirmed by tests).
