Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 50 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with patellar tendinopathy (jumper's knee) with pain lasting more than 3 months.
- Your knee pain and function score (VISA-P) is 80 or less.
- You have not had knee surgery or a steroid injection in the past 6 weeks.
- You do not have any metal implants in your head, a pacemaker, or a history of seizures or migraines.
- You have not had any knee physical therapy or other knee treatments in the past year.
