Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your tumor is HER2-positive, as shown by a test on a biopsy sample.
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
- You have not had systemic treatment for your cancer before, or if you had chemo before surgery, it has been more than 6 months since you finished.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-1).
