Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and standard treatments no longer work or cause too many side effects.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) with a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You have not had prior treatment with a HER3-targeted drug (a specific kind of cancer therapy).
- You do not have active cancer that has spread to the brain, uncontrolled hepatitis or tuberculosis, or lung inflammation.
