Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You are able to get out of bed and do light activities (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have a cancer that can be measured with scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You have not had treatment that targets the HER3 protein before.
  • You do not have active brain metastases, active hepatitis B or C, tuberculosis, or syphilis.
  • You have not had a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks.
