Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You have type 1 diabetes and use an automated insulin delivery system (like Control IQ, Medtronic 780G, Omnipod 5, or iLet bionic pancreas) for at least 3 months.
  • You check your blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor, and you have pump data available for most of the last 2 weeks.
  • You do not have heart disease, are not a smoker, and have no serious health problems that would limit exercise.
  • You are willing to do three different exercises and follow the study plan.
