Who can take part

  • Your child is a boy between 8 and 12 years old
  • Your child has a normal body weight for their age and height (normal BMI)
  • No muscle or bone injury in the past month
  • Your child is not currently playing on a sports team or doing regular sports training
  • Your child does not have any physical or mental disability, acute illness, fracture, active infection, or physical deformity
