  • 40 to 64 years old
  • Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (stage 2 or 3)
  • Able to read and understand Arabic
  • No recent leg surgery or fractures
  • No other joint or heart conditions
  • No vision or hearing problems, or dizziness/vertigo
