Who can take part
- You are 18 to 29 years old
- You live in Washington State
- You have a valid email address
- You have moderate or worse trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early
- In the past month, you had at least 2 heavy drinking episodes (4+ drinks for women/gender diverse, 5+ for men) OR 1 heavy drinking episode plus at least 4 total drinking occasions
- You used cannabis 4 or more times in the past month
