Light color and stress in at-risk pregnancy

This study tests if different light colors can help reduce stress and anxiety during a nonstress test (a check on baby's heart rate and movement) in pregnant women with high-risk pregnancies. If you're in your last trimester and willing to participate, this trial may help you feel more comfortable during monitoring.

Who can take part

  • You are in the last 3 months of pregnancy (third trimester).
  • Your pregnancy is considered high-risk by your doctor.
  • You are able to communicate in Turkish and have no hearing, speech, or understanding issues.
  • You are not currently receiving any treatment for a mental health condition (medication or therapy).
  • You don't have any eye problems that affect your vision.
