Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for at least six months.
  • Your diagnosis was confirmed using standard medical criteria (ACR/EULAR 2010).
  • You do not have other autoimmune diseases like lupus or scleroderma.
  • You are not taking medications that strongly affect heart health, except those used for standard RA treatment.
