Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your meningioma must be a high-grade type (WHO grade II or III) that has come back or is growing.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on an MRI scan.
- You must be able to take care of most of your daily needs (Karnofsky performance score of 60% or higher).
- If you are of childbearing age, you must agree to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after the study.
