Testing HX301 for advanced high-grade glioma

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have a high-grade glioma (WHO grade III or IV) that has come back after at least one round of temozolomide chemo, OR you have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma that has been surgically removed.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You are physically active enough to take care of yourself (KPS score of 70 or higher).
  • You can take low doses of dexamethasone (a steroid) – 5 mg or less per day – to control brain swelling.
