Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor (such as lung, kidney, liver, stomach, ovarian, or cervical cancer) that has stopped responding to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans.
- You should be in generally good health, able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases, active infections like HIV or hepatitis, or lung inflammation requiring steroids.
- You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, and women must have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
