Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have an advanced solid tumor (like kidney or colorectal cancer) that has progressed after standard therapy, or you cannot tolerate standard therapy, or no standard therapy exists
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and expected to live at least 3 months
- If you had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation, it must have been at least 4 weeks ago and side effects have resolved or stabilized
- You have normal thyroid function and a normal eye exam at screening
- You do not have uncontrolled heart disease, autoimmune disease, active infections, or untreated brain metastases
