Who can take part

  • You are a physiotherapy student between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is in the normal range (18.5–24.99).
  • You have no past or current injury, surgery, or disorder of your arm, elbow, or hand.
  • You do not have any chronic health condition (like diabetes, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, or cancer) and are not pregnant.
  • Your hand has no deformities or weakness in specific muscles.
