Who can take part

  • You are an undergraduate student at a university.
  • You are between 18 and 22 years old.
  • You do not have a condition that causes loose joints, such as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
  • You do not have a recent muscle or joint injury that affects your grip or joint movement.
  • You have no nerve or chronic health problems that could affect muscle strength or joint motion.
