- You work full-time as a university teacher at Misr University for Science and Technology (about 7 hours a day).
- You are between 25 and 45 years old.
- You have no current pain or muscle/bone problems.
- You do overhead activities (like writing on a board or reaching up) while teaching.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25.
- You have not had a recent fracture, surgery, or major injury to your shoulder, arm, neck, or chest in the past 6 months.
