Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have kneecap pain (front or behind the kneecap) that has lasted at least 3 months.
  • Your pain is at least moderate when you climb stairs, squat, or sit for a long time.
  • You can understand instructions and give consent to join.
  • You are willing to take part in the rehab program.
  • You have not had knee surgery in the last year or other knee problems like ligament or meniscus injury.

You may be a good fit if you are a woman aged 18–45 who has had front knee pain for at least 6 weeks and it gets worse with activities like squatting or stairs.
