  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You identify as Black or African American.
  • Your lung cancer is advanced, has spread, or has come back, and you haven't had treatment for this stage.
  • Your cancer does not have specific gene changes (EGFR, ALK, ROS1).
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
