Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 69 years old.
- You had breast or endometrial cancer (stage I, II, or III) and finished treatment 1 to 5 years ago.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher (overweight or obese).
- You live in a rural county in Ohio and do not plan to move during the study.
- You can walk two blocks without using a walker or cane.
- You are not currently in a weight loss program, not using weight loss medications, and not meeting physical activity guidelines.
