Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for a total knee replacement on one knee only.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 17 and 35.
  • You are classified as healthy or have mild to moderate health problems (ASA I–III).
  • You do not take strong pain medicines like opioids, gabapentin, or pregabalin regularly.
  • You do not have any bleeding issues, spinal problems, or allergies to pain medications used in the study.
