Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of acute myeloid leukemia linked to changes in the NPM1, NUP98, or KMT2A genes, and it is either newly diagnosed or has come back after a menin inhibitor stopped working.
- You are in reasonably good health overall, with adequate liver, kidney, and heart function as shown by blood tests and heart scans.
- You have not had leukemia that spread to your brain or spine, a serious heart condition, or another cancer in the last 5 years (except some skin or early-stage cancers).
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after the last dose (if applicable).
- You are able to attend all study visits and follow the study plan.
