Testing a new drug with standard chemo for AML

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been newly diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia) and have an NPM1 or KMT2A gene change.
  • You are able to receive strong chemotherapy and are in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities).
  • Your kidneys and liver are working well enough based on blood tests.
  • You have not received any prior chemotherapy or other treatment for AML.
