Who can take part

  • Your knee pain is moderate, not severe — you can still walk but it hurts.
  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • Your weight is within a range that is not considered severely obese (BMI under 34).
  • Your knee pain has been present for more than 3 months, and you have some morning stiffness that lasts less than 30 minutes.
  • You have internet access at home and can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
