Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months.
  • Your diagnosis was confirmed by a colonoscopy or a doctor's letter.
  • You do not have Crohn's disease or another type of inflammatory bowel disorder.
  • You have not had a condition that severely weakens your immune system.
  • You have not taken strong immune-suppressing drugs (other than your UC medications) for more than 2 weeks in the last 3 months.
