Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old
- You have had ulcerative colitis diagnosed for at least 3 months, confirmed by testing and biopsy
- Your ulcerative colitis is currently active and moderate to severe, confirmed by a recent camera test of your colon (within 14 days)
- You have not responded well to, lost response to, or cannot tolerate at least one standard UC treatment (steroids, immune medications, or advanced biologic/small molecule drugs)
- You cannot have Crohn's disease, bowel fistulas, bowel perforation, or a history of colon removal surgery
- You do not have active infections (C. difficile, CMV, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or tuberculosis)
