  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months, confirmed by a scope or tissue sample.
  • Your ulcerative colitis is moderate to severe, with active symptoms like bleeding and frequent bowel movements.
  • Standard treatments (like mesalamine, steroids, or immune drugs) or biologic therapies haven't worked well enough for you.
  • You don't have other types of inflammatory bowel disease, active infections, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
