Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread outside the lung.
- Your cancer does not have the EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 gene changes (called 'wild-type').
- You received immunotherapy as your first treatment and it worked for at least 3 months.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on a CT scan and hasn't been treated with radiation or freezing.
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0–2) and have adequate organ function (like blood counts, liver, kidneys).
