Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a newly diagnosed type of nasopharyngeal cancer called non-keratinizing carcinoma (differentiated or undifferentiated).
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes in the neck (stage N2 or N3) but has not spread to other parts of the body (M0).
- You are in good general health, able to do your daily activities without help (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs) are working well enough to safely receive chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
- You have not had other cancers (except certain skin cancers or early-stage cancers that were cured) in the last 3 years.
