Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (stage III or IVA, but not certain subtypes).
  • You have not received any prior treatment for the tumor in your nose or neck (except a biopsy).
  • Your general health is good enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your organs and bone marrow are working well enough (doctor will check).
  • You do not have other active cancers, serious infections, or autoimmune diseases that need treatment now.
