Who can take part
- You have nasopharyngeal cancer (nonkeratinizing type) confirmed by biopsy or cells, and it has returned or spread after previous platinum-based chemotherapy
- Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor spot on imaging scans
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG score 0–1, life expectancy over 3 months)
- You have recovered from side effects of any prior cancer treatments
- You do not have untreated hepatitis B or C, HIV infection, or uncontrolled heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease
